Description

Career Conversations: Handling, Managing and Leading in Change

Please note, this Career Conversations session will be held via a Zoom Video Call.

Career Conversations is a monthly opportunity for professional development, transition, and networking facilitated by Paula Fitzgerald Boos. These monthly meetups are intended for all levels of professionals to come together to learn and practice new skills for building careers that align with values and purpose, strengths and interests, and practical marketplace realities.

Each month will facilitate dialogue around a specific focus. All are welcome.

Paula is a career and executive coach with 20+ years (“her 10,000 hours”) helping professionals create greater success and satisfaction in their work. Beginning in outplacement as a career coach, she found her passion in the conversation about “what you want to be when you grow up…this time.” She has supported thousands of professionals from all levels, technical backgrounds, and industries in choosing and/or creating proactive forward momentum for themselves in their careers.

Paula currently teaches the Professional Development class in the PMBA program and coaches in the Executive Leadership Program in the Business School at SU. Her tag line is “I connect professionals to possibilities!” She loves being a part of the Seattle University community and serving the mission of “educating the whole person for service in a just world.”
